Key points of scaffold scheme review and on-site control:

the personnel who erect scaffolds must work with certificates. The erection progress of scaffolds must be the same as that of the energy and power industries. It must meet the structural progress and safety requirements. Bamboo scaffolds are still widely used in multi-storey buildings. According to the regulations of DBJ, the erection height of scaffolds outside moso bamboo should be less than 24m. Fastener type steel scaffold is usually less than 50m. The erection process, erection mode and material requirements, quality and safety requirements, use, maintenance and demolition shall comply with the regulations. The Contractor shall prepare the scaffold construction plan, complete the approval according to the procedure (approved and signed by the head of the enterprise safety technology department and stamped with the unit seal), and then submit it to the professional supervision engineer for review and the director for approval

1) bamboo scaffold scaffold:

the mid-range of bamboo scaffold poles is 1.2m (not more than 1.3m in some places), and the upper and lower horizontal spacing of large cross bars is not more than 1.8m. The erection width of scaffold is 1.0m, the horizontal distance of each group of diagonal bracing is 4.8~5.0m, and the horizontal included angle is 45 ~ 60, which is bound cross continuously

the horizontal distance between the connection point of bamboo scaffold and main structure is 6~10m, and the vertical distance is 3~5m, every 30m2 There must be one place, which is no more than 4m from the top of the scaffold. The layout party should make a rectangular or plum row arrangement in combination with the building structure to obtain more orders from the enterprise. Embedded during the main construction (usually during the concrete pouring of each floor slab) ф 6 round steel or 8# iron wire

the outer facade of the construction layer of bamboo scaffold, near the street and near the sidewalk shall be set with dense mesh safety closure. A double-layer protective shed shall also be set up above the safety passage and sidewalk

the starting and bottom of the pole should be buried in the dense soil layer. When it is backfill, its relative density should be greater than 90%, and the buried depth should not be less than 250mm. The bottom of the pole should be paved with 30150 150mm thick plates or bricks and rubble. If it cannot be buried, a sweeping rod shall be set 100mm above the ground

the bamboo scaffold and the unloading platform should be set separately, and the load of the unloading platform should not be transferred to the bamboo scaffold. The load of scaffold during use shall not exceed 2kn/㎡

the safety department of the Contractor shall organize the acceptance and handover after the erection of the floor bamboo scaffold, and report the acceptance results to the professional supervision engineer. It cannot be used without passing the inspection

during the use of scaffolds, patrol inspection should be strengthened and wall connecting points should not be removed at will. In case of heavy rain and typhoon, inspection and reinforcement should be strengthened. Attention should be paid to the reasonable life cycle of scaffolds (generally 10 months to one year)

when the scaffold is removed, a guard area should be set up on the ground, and a special person should be assigned to guard on the ground. Erection and dismantling operations shall not be carried out in rainy days or windy days above grade 5, and scaffold materials shall not be thrown down from high altitude during dismantling. Operators should wear corresponding protective equipment

2) fastener type steel pipe scaffold

fastener type steel pipe scaffold shall comply with JGJ "technical code for safety of fastener type steel pipe scaffold in construction" and relevant national mandatory standards. Before construction, the design and calculation of the bearing capacity of scaffold structural members and pole foundation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the specification (except for those that may not be calculated according to the provisions of the specification), and the construction organization design shall be prepared according to the requirements of the specification. After being approved by the head of the Contractor's safety technology department, it shall be reported to the professional supervision engineering for review and then to the director for approval

the outer diameter and arm thickness of the steel pipe of the fastener type steel pipe scaffold are 483.5 and 513mm respectively, and the fasteners shall be free of cracks, deformation and sliding wires. New fasteners shall have production license, test report and product quality certificate of legal inspection unit, or sampling inspection according to the provisions of gb15831. Steel pipes shall not be perforated, and steel pipes of two specifications shall not be mixed. The steel pipe shall be straight and smooth without cracks, scabs, delamination, dislocation, hard bending, burrs, indentation, etc. Steel pipes and fasteners shall be treated for rust prevention

the erection structural dimensions of fastener type steel pipe scaffold, vertical and horizontal horizontal bars, scaffold boards, vertical bars, wall connecting parts, shear braces and horizontal diagonal braces, ramps, door openings, etc. all meet the requirements of the specification. After the recent erection, the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to Article 8.2 of the specification. After being checked by the Contractor's safety officer, it shall be reported to the head of the enterprise's safety technology department for re inspection, and then it shall be reported to the professional supervision engineer. It cannot be used without passing the inspection

the fastener type steel pipe scaffold shall be provided with lightning protection grounding, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10

the construction load on the working layer shall meet the design requirements and shall not be overloaded. It is not allowed to fix the formwork support, cable wind rope, conveyor pipe for pumping concrete and mortar on the scaffold, and strictly hang the lifting equipment

during the use of scaffold, patrol inspection should be strengthened, and inspection and reinforcement should be strengthened before and after heavy rain and typhoon. It is strictly forbidden to remove the longitudinal and transverse horizontal rods, vertical and horizontal sweeping rods and wall connecting parts of the main node. Excavation operations shall not be carried out on the scaffold foundation and its adjacent places

when dismantling scaffolds, fences and warning signs should be set on the ground, and special personnel should be assigned to guard. Non operators should be strictly prohibited from entering. Construction should be stopped in windy, rainy and foggy weather above level 6
